Annual Membership Dues
Homeowners and residents of Canterbury Woods are eligible to join the Canterbury Woods Civic Association by paying annual membership dues.
Although the Association represents and works for all area homeowners and residents, only members can participate in elections for Association Officers, hold an Association office, or vote on Association issues.
Your Civic Association relies on annual membership dues to work on your behalf and on behalf of the entire community, and every dollar collected is used to support the Association's activities. Membership dues allow your Civic Association to continue its efforts to keep the community a safe, attractive and desirable place to live.
Over the past few years, your annual membership dues have supported such activities as the Fall Picnic, the Holiday Party in December (with crafts, games, visits with Santa, etc.), the Association's Volunteer Recognition Party, your community newsletter the Canterbury Woods Gazette), the fall and spring community entrance marker maintenance activities, a lawn service maintenance contract for the common areas at the entrance markers, the new community website and, lastly, the painting of house numbers and street names which assists Fire, Rescue, and Police to locate streets and home addresses.
Last year, the Association offered a choice of membership levels to help cover the cost of all its services. Your Civic Association's Executive Committee once again invites you to decide at which level you would like to support your Civic Association this year. You can join the Association with a Basic Membership, which remains $10, the Supporting Membership level for $15, the Contributing Membership level for $20, or the Sustaining Membership level for $25.
We thank you in advance for your support!
